See if your brake fluid proportioning valve is installed right.

12 of the 29 owners on our list have discovered their proportioning valves installed upside down. There may have been a memo from Aurora about it, but some improvement is said to result in restoring it to its correct position.

The web guy has chosen for now to remove his altogether, allowing equal pressure to the front and rear brakes. Haven't tried hard braking on wet pavement yet, however.
